worst company ever i've seen in my work experience.

salary will not be given properly. Higher official's will not treat us equally. Simply they just blame us for no reason. Not the right place for freshers. we didn't get our 17 days salary from the company and then we asked them they simply said we will not give your salary in a bad manner. They will say the shift timing will be around 8hrs and sunday / monday weekoff but after they will say there is only one day weekoff.

no salary hike for people working for more than 4 years, no increment. everything is employees fault. management would expect you to be in team meeting in middle of your sleep time, just because they don't want to work according to 90% of teams time.

No salary increments .if i requesting to supervisor give me a leave but they or not to me giving a leave talk about very rude you can change supervisor because very bad to say she treat to school level. and manager nothing to say no meeting to talk about employees just take a cup walk here and there that's it. No help to employees no appreciate very worst to say.

Good work environment and cool work culture 100% job security Employees got paid salary, yearly increment and none got laid off during covid19

Lot of manual work which takes time to complete. Need to upgrade system and working pattern.
