salary will not be given properly. Higher official's will not treat us equally. Simply they just blame us for no reason. Not the right place for freshers. we didn't get our 17 days salary from the company and then we asked them they simply said we will not give your salary in a bad manner. They will say the shift timing will be around 8hrs and sunday / monday weekoff but after they will say there is only one day weekoff.

Good work environment and culture. It is good for start-up your career. Company policies are good and management team are supportive. Overall Experience was Good.

Dislikes

Salary was decent but there is no hikes. Some leaders are good to support our team members to encourage our ability. But some politics are here inbetween leaders.

Pros: Salary is paid on time. Job satisfaction with client project of having contributed and helped others. Exposure to international affairs

Cons: Poor Salary for Expected Level of fluency in the language. Facilities & Infrastructure to do your job are extremely lacking Poor organization and very noisy Ambience to work as an interpreter The worst Cab service. Toxic Management and no efforts taken to improve despite requests and complaints

No work pressure and no targets.easy process.good in team work.will conduct more fun activities and there will be an office outing
