Apart from CTC, you will be getting lot of other benefits like Learning bonus, bonusly, etc. To top it up, we have Xbox room for our team members as well and sometimes we used to have nerf gun fights as well just to break the mundane routines. I believe the only problem I saw here is aligning of businesses, even if the processes are formed, it's very difficult for the team to follow it. There's lot of gaps in the process which need to be fixed.
