The so called skilled manager from US doesn't know how to handle the team and the project. The name is of god but the work is of devil.

1. We need to focus more on learning & development to upskill employees 2. We need to push people for active participation in events, activities & other such occasions

It is the place we can explore ourselves through work so that we can learn so many things by challenges we face.

The one thing O dislike this company is regarding development process and timeline. There is no such match between them.

Its been 4months I am working here , but it feels like I been working for 4 years, it is indeed great place to work, supportive management, encourages to learn, excellent work balance.
