1. Poor management. 2. Lead people do not listen to the feedback given by the employees and take proper actions on to it. 3. Employees need to lie just to have one day of the leave. They will literally toucher you just to have one day of the leave. 4. Lots of internal politics 5. A pathetic start up / mid scale company. Think 1000 times before joining the organization.
