Company insurance policy benefits cover only for employees not for their dependents.

...tors/labs, organisation doesn't bother much about delivering quality systems. 5.3 years service aggrement, if u break bond u have to pay 3 lakhs provided when u need work experience certificate. 6.Simply sending junior fellows to customer site for work without giving proper skill development/training program.

...sted by their employees who were offered shares and ESOPs for long term service. If you are experienced resource, planning to join inspite of the above facts, negotiate for shares, ask good compensation since they do not have any moral value or professional ethics to provide you relieving letter if you are in sales marketing bid preparation customer services and RF. Typical Old school style company they won't believe you and will spy your work. Suggest there are better places to work and more professional companies to be in. Fantastic thing is even if you are 5 mins late you will lose half a day leave.

.... No help from seniors. Top level management is very worst. Inhuman HR policies. Salary is below market level and that too we will receive once in two or three months. Waste company.

No comments simply waste. No benefits for employees. Atleast try to give salary every month.
