The moment you resign they treat you like dirt. Too much work pressure, freshers just hold on to complete bond of 3 years and leave after learning. No appreciation, haressing project leaders, abusive management. They do not answer verification calls of new employees, the don't provide relieving letter unless you serve them legal notice. But they will make you serve 3 months notice. Not much in work life balance, continuous travel, no medical benefits or insurance, no earned leave, bonus etc. Most reviews are posted by their employees who were offered shares and ESOPs for long term service. If you are experienced resource, planning to join inspite of the above facts, negotiate for shares, ask good compensation since they do not have any moral value or professional ethics to provide you relieving letter if you are in sales marketing bid preparation customer services and RF. Typical Old school style company they won't believe you and will spy your work. Suggest there are better places to work and more professional companies to be in.
