Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Work- Life balance.... this should be the most highlighting part of this review. In this organization you or someone can equally prioritize the demands of work and career and the demands of their personal life. Seniors are very humble, kind... and they provide skill development phases... And the hospitality is top notch. Really happy to get a opportunity to work in this beautiful environment and culture.
