Although this company offers services to its group company, the working environment has drastically deteriorated. The local management operates under a "one-woman army" concept in HR, which is highly unsupportive, fostering a culture of discrimination and bias. Previously, the onshore team was collaborative, but recent changes in management have made the company an unfavorable place to work. Job security is non-existent, and the new management, the HR department, lacks basic empathy and professionalism. The workplace is riddled with politics, and there is a clear absence of ethics and respect for employees.

Everything I dislike here specially the guy who is so called manager his name is Bheesen but he dosent know any thing . He only knows how to take credits of other people work . I don't know how he become manager .
