Abusive and tyrant leadership, they talk like they own you and you have to be always polite to their rudeness (no job security otherwise) Forget your weekends you will be expected to "finish" overallocated work on weekends Micromanagement in your personal life as well (if you have any energy left) No job security and dictatorship culture (you can get fired any time without any sufficient reason) No learning opportunity as they work on super old stack and expect you to clean their mess and scold you for their own problems No culture - just everything on CTO/CEOs will basis. Dynamic (they will hire/fire when they in mood)

Appraisals depend upon your manager not on your performance. They don't pay performances bonus Those folks who are close to CTO, They can ask him to fire u whenever they want.
