- Pathetic management team - CTO verbally abuses and openly uses non-parliamentary language - They want cutting edge technology but don't have budgets; they waste enough company money vacationing in the US though - Working on weekends is common - Sycophancy is rewarded, sycophants can vape inside office - No office decorum, vendetta politics

Abusive and tyrant leadership, they talk like they own you and you have to be always polite to their rudeness (no job security otherwise) Forget your weekends you will be expected to "finish" overallocated work on weekends Micromanagement in your personal life as well (if you have any energy left) No job security and dictatorship culture (you can get fired any time without any sufficient reason) No learning opportunity as they work on super old stack and expect you to clean their mess and scold you for their own problems No culture - just everything on CTO/CEOs will basis. Dynamic (they will hire/fire when they in mood)

Darwinbox as a company is very transparent, with multiple employee friendly policies. It promotes high growth, high agility, and high customer centricity values. If you are not a hustler, who can handle multiple things at a time, then darwinbox is not a place you can survive in.

Dirty politics in engineering team CTO don't even hesitate to use F@cuk words They can fire u, whenever they want. U will be working on 24/7. Appraisals depend upon your manager not on your performance. They don't pay performances bonus Those folks who are close to CTO, They can ask him to fire u whenever they want.
