The office itself, my teammates.

Dislikes

No growth benefit to employees, insane and irresponsible decision from one director controlled organisation. Very few holidays, no reward for extra initiative after office hours, no pymt. for attendance on sundays. No work strategy by meeting. No maintenance of office hours.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
