Very supportive management and good work culture. All are working very friendly together, there is no politics between seniors with juniors. Company policies and procedures are good, all are working with strict health & safety standards.

Dislikes

...eer from the seniuor is not possible, but can learn some works site experiences. Providing descent salary but no career growth.
