In my workplace, I achieved a positive working environment, Transparent, Motivating, Progressive, Flexibility of timing when required, Challenging, Respectful and Trusting and much more.

Dislikes

...the deadline comes 2-3 times in a month, not rewarded enough for the work we do. Specially I dislike my salary.

Likes

Self learning in the field of accounting, gst,itr filing, tax audit, roc.

Dislikes

...life balance, need to work late night. No proper guidance, support, rude people. Chasing the people the name of few additional leaves and salary/stipend.local clients work. Overall not a good place to learn & grow. In busy season not a single day leave in a month, they want people work like machine for them.

it helps me develop my technical and theoretical skills mainly in the accounts and taxation feild

Dislikes

because it is a CA firm my all colleagues are an intermediary or a CA final student and I am a BBA finance graduate,they don't give me a chance to learn new things and improve my skills, and also I don't get a salary increase.

Since,I am still a fresher in the company but I can say it has a lot of opportunities,a great careers growth as well. The environment is very friendly and helpful. I am doing well here and learning a lot of things as well.

Dislikes

On a serious note there are no disliking points for me. It's a true office environment and everything is very suitable.

With due respect to my principle, I learnt many things from him.to being an CA article, i liked to working in diversified field like finance,taxation,Accounting,etc. apart from that i also observed that how the resources of the office premises are using in a best manner, how to lead, manage and coordinating with team and how to handle a rigorous situation. in addition to these Stipend was good.

Dislikes

lack of punctuality and No fixed timing of the office.
