You are just number in Excel which can be removed or added just by some clicks, they don't care about your growth or what kind of work you do , they are there in market to profit and profit only and respect to employees

No employees growth No learning on technical front PO acts like GOD, will ask you to Business Analysis, requirement taking that too entire Domain and obviously you won't be able to do it like Business Analyst then you and whole team marked as failure and that impact your bonus/appraisal etc

First of all the working environment is good and The squad that I got it was really helpful , as a less experience people they never remember me that I am working with more experience people, all are working more than a friend or mate than a Colleagues.

No dislikes are there only Canteen Facility are only dislike for me

Very dangerous company you should always be ready to face rest gate. Micro management is biggest headache. No one support you since everybody fighting for their existence. I strongly not recommend this organization to anyone.

Dislikes

Micro management, lack of Knowledge transfer, different work culture across the IT. Expect you to find a rocket science within a month. Managers keep on taking the feedback from colleagues and business at least once in a week. Very for the new guys.

Danske bank Denmark is the best place to be in and India Bangalore office is just the opposite.Driven by politics and it's dependency on ITC is adding insult to injury. I had the privilege to see the worst managers during my tenure here

Quality of managers. Politics . Quality of work done in India is very bad. Managers from ITC will lead this company to collapse
