DIL is MNC and it has all the stuffs of learning and knowladge enhancement for a fresher as well as for well experienced person. Exposer to different country people and culture is one of the best opportunity I got from these company. One can get good chance to work on various international projects and also to work in other country as Danieli is globally renouned company and has branches in many countries.

... growth is very slow and un steady, even though some one is very good at work. Salary and compensation is not at all depended on work and knowlagde, its all about luck at the time of appraisal. Innovation is only word but has no significance here. New ideas are not at all welcomed neither allowed to think in Danieli India Limited but when it comes about other country branches, very much appriciated. Work and life balance are not so good to appreciate.

Disappointment! Bad rotation and always keeping you longer,salary they paying on 2 divided accounts to avoid fees for them but provision goes on your back,salary late always and coming on your payment after 30/45 days,food paying by yourself,bad management,unexperienced and unskilled and cheap manpower.
