There is not a single thing to like about dangote refinery. It's a worst phase of somebody's carrer.

...nts have to be done by your own which should be handled by companies management. Employees are always much more worried about their travel,salary,food , water, lavatory arrangements rather than focusing on their job.

...pect indians well. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Salary was good enough. Still wanted to work there.

Company policies are good, there is no salary deduction. Arranging timely medical supports and constructive mental support to employees. Sanitizing regularly in all office and vehicles, keeping sanitizers in every office front office.

Lack of freedom in outside travelling.

The salary is some how good.and the creat job opportunities for everyone with out discrimination

Some managers are not good enough to the standard of the organization and the always threatened your job making you uncomfortable with your work

It all good working here as the team work is the culture of the company, compensation and benefit is as good as the group, career growth is big as you meet with multi discipline and different culture and work force balance is balanced.
