Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

They do not pay salary on time 8-12 month delay after that only when you go to management and bagged for the salary if you protest against the management for salary while you are going on annual leave they take revenge by cancellation of ticket if you ask your 8-10 month dues salary. If anyone who is working there whole year and get only 03 month salary and asking remain when he is going to his native country , is that crime so they cancelled the ticket and just send a mail for the job termination with out reason.they are bank defaulters and cheaters also.So it is better to work any other company other than dana group.

Everything is worst their.Only those people can work their who do not have self respect and ready to live like beggar, bagging for the salary.Chairman of the group is very noble & nice kind person but he is not involved in the day to day business.
