...rrent delivery manager under whom the whole team is working is very rude person. Delivery Manager wants us to work day and night with minimum salary, least appraisal,no work life balance and micro management of everything.

Prepare yourself that with minimum 7 years junior resource who is actually your designated senior will be teaching you daily by insulting you as how to do your tasks. If you argue or try to convince your senior then please be ready for performance improvement plan.

Managers don't have good way to talk juniors. Not good knowledge of handling project. All the responsibility of project is juniors and developers, while mom and agile process and requirnment gathering part always handled by managers and technical lead but here all responsibility of developers. They build application and also responsible for requirnment gathering if sprint not delivered on time or get client escalations, then managers come and blame developers escalate them from project. All managers are non-technical always talk base less. Lots of work pressure, no work timing, never get appreciation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
