...ent and culture . Colleagues are more supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals were fair and with good salary hike. I am really happy to be part of Damati Plastics, because in the worst time like pandemic many people lost their jobs & some people did not receive their salaries also . But our management stood for us during this crisis also helped us a lot . The company is good for freshers too for startup of the career. Wonderful opportunity to learn new thigs. The timings are flexible here . The technical training helps to give more knowledge and helps build up skills.

There is time to go to the company but there is no time to come… you will get salary in the middle of the month after 45 days… there is no rule law...there none respect is employee..

Great place to learn and grow and build your skillset. Management encourages to learn new technologies that will help you build your career. Focus is on results. No politics. Team members are very helpful

No dislikes. We had complete support in the Covid situation where many of the management paid half salary , removed the staff. But our company did manage to support us completely.
