I like team work, every month we have trainings, Salary on time with every 6 month bonus, Even work environment also quite fine, every day we have the learning day. The best part of Damac is you will learn every thing not only related to your area but also other areas

Some time they don’t appreciate the hard work of the team

Only the pay (They pay a bit more when compared to competitors)

...ns getting more money.Lower positions actually doing the work is paid very less.Since the department head like IT(Hospitality) getting awesome salary(Also he look like 6 feet Demon-Weak in core hospitality applications) he put lot of pressure on their staff.Everytime they will be in whatsapp to answer his questions.Means everytime you will be tensed.

Work Culture - No overtime, time to time work schedules, understanding co-workers also motivational environment

No dislikes as such but a suggestion - DAMAC should determine for work from home policy for at least back end processes.

I am really glad to be part of this organization . All credits to my boss , who is just amazing as a person , dynamic and charismatic in her career , and a role -model to look upto. Reason is her , that I enjoy every element of being a Secretary .The HR team too has been great support , always there to hear us out when in need. Good luck & God Bless
