work life balance is worst. Unnessesory pressure and illogical working methods. Have to give answers about personal life and working methods. worst work culture, using slangs, destroying corporate decoram, joining official conference call while smoking , trying to harras the juniors, treating the junior employes as servants. Bad custome service. Masion, contractors even dealers are not satisfied with the culture

Cement being the crude industry there is a lot of scope for improvement in every sphere. There is no such thing which i dislike. I am enjoying working over here
