Good, but company not responsible for any issue regarding MIS. We are just like a distribution office stuff.

We are SP(Sales Promoter) stuff. So salary paid by SP always depends upon the market demands. At Bolpur, it's poor.

Nothing. Actually company rules & regulations are the best, but employees are very bad & politicians.

Everything. Manly company employees. Salary structure not satisfactory, Travelling Allowance is very low from other Cement companies.

No work life balance. You have to achieve target by any means. Or you can be the lap dog of your boss to get promotion or good increment. You have to work anytime, any day whenever told. There is no Sunday if your boss want you to do anything. There is no holiday for you. It is for managers.

Dalmia is not like a work place where we have to work for salary specialy I am talking about my location because the culture is just like I am doing like for my home and for my own business i feel my plant head is not a boss he is like big brother he know every one personally he is very caring and in my carrier he is the first person who is too much active and a successful person.
