Nothing to like. Very toxic workplace.

I served in Endoscopy department in Dallah Hospital Al Nakheel. Incharge named Hyedi Tousan was the worst person i ever met in my life. She thinks that her subordinates are animals except her natives. They don't want to take patients just walk here and there. Rest all staffs working harder to give good service to patients. This Incharge torture everyone except her natives without any reason. Even she's fighting with doctors in front of patients. Me part of a good team but leader is very bad. She should be replaced immediately else no staffs other than her natives survive with her. Complaining to higher authorities is very funny. They are more worst than this lady. I personally don't recommend anyone to work with Dallah Hospital especially in Endoscopy department with Hyedi Tousan. Even doctors are not interested with her.

The Hospital itself is good in all aspects especially all workers

Dislikes

In Opd where i am right now, i am not satified to the one who is heading it, she make the nurses difficulty having vacation, having their leave they wanted.
