Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Focus on the work rather than the people.

Dislikes

What I really dislike is that there is no room for growth in that company. It’s a small business, and as a field engineer I cannot really move up the career ladder. Surely I learned a lot with them, and I also believe that I helped them to save a lot of money with my work. But I am getting older, and I believe that I should have a better job at the moment, , where I see more opportunities for career growth.
