It is a typical shop minded people having a tag of company.

1 having no benefits to employees below level of Managers 2 no feedback is taken 3 no offer letter is provided until and unless you asked them to provide. 4 Still working on ubuntu os 5 working hours are minimum 12 hours . 6 People who are working for long time have no etiquettes and they use foul languages 7 even Hr is just a dummy in this organisation, they follow the instructions from managers only . 8 If you complain about any thing they will tell you SOP and asked to resign. 9 a person who has worked in corporate can hardly work max 6 months 10 they don't have policy of reimbursement for level below managers , 11 they don't have medical leave 12 EL leaves can't be taken as they will asked first complete target then you can you can avail leaves 13 even taken Leaves can be rejected if your bonding is not good with the manager. 14.organisation doesn't have culture other than business orientation.

You will not get leave as much you wants .For this you have to depends on your reporting boss, if the relationship with your boss is good then you will get otherwise you have to argue with him
