There is a lot of politicas and the management dosent address our issues. Salary is decent but career is slow. There is bond of 2 year's and 3 months before which I resigned.on the job training is not given to new joiners. That's why I resigned my job.

...haring Beats or you can say Market segmentation. Teammates are not supportive. Salary structure is very low. Journalist (Reporter) and sales team main income source by they are working differently, they didn't help each other cordination issue. They didn't providing news coverage whome giving business to newspaper. Reason being Client satisfaction is very low as compared other hindi newspaper like punjab kesari, Dainik savera. In punjab this good newspaper people's likes news content but they didn't give advertisement as compared Punjab Kesari Dainik savera and Ajit, Company think they are doing professional work by hiring manger but Managers became BABU after doing 15-20 year in company.

Salary is very low on all levels Journalist and sales team cordination issue. Reporter didn't support client's by giving postive coverage whom giving advertisement reason being revenue is very low, and if revenue low sale job become worst. Difficult to survive In expect Rajasthan, MP, CHANDIGARH, GUJRAT

Salary is paid on time and company policy is also good

The company's policy is very good but employees face difficulty in getting its benefits because the process is very late on HR's side and complaining about it does not help, instead the employee has to pay a fine for it. Also, some people do as they please, due to which lower level employees face a lot of problems.

That was give time for work and complete work in working hours. No force for complete work today but you fill that complete work than go home. Very familiar Atmosphere. Very kind natural of senior staff. Supportive HR team and staff also.

Dislikes

Due to centralization some work to transfer to head office than some staff remove form company or give them low salary hike than employees left job themself. So, that was job risk seen in this firm.
