There is very good for empower of skills. Always learn new things but low compensation, low balance in work and personal life. Always High quality expectation. Very rare and less chance of growth.

Growth is very slow, low compensation. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes you have to work 20-14 hours without rest till complete the tasks. Poor management & HR, always listen only managers value & vision. No on job training.

There are certain policies which are unique to us Fortunately in earlier times before Covid we had a great team and set of colleagues Being in Media industry it is one of the only media houses who is capable of delivering the truth. Extremely proud of this fact

No job security, frequent changes which are random and do not consider employee's view at all Poor salary payout especially in Print No standardization across various entities Print is one who suffers the most

Salary is paid on time and company policy is also good

The company's policy is very good but employees face difficulty in getting its benefits because the process is very late on HR's side and complaining about it does not help, instead the employee has to pay a fine for it. Also, some people do as they please, due to which lower level employees face a lot of problems.

They do take care of there employees by taking review by hr team pays high salary and extra perks which fulfils the basic needs of the employees family

Dislikes

Politics politics and politics no support from Tls or Category Heads for there own team,some TLs gives mental harrasment to their team and blames them for not achieving the targets for saving there jobs.

That was give time for work and complete work in working hours. No force for complete work today but you fill that complete work than go home. Very familiar Atmosphere. Very kind natural of senior staff. Supportive HR team and staff also.

Dislikes

Due to centralization some work to transfer to head office than some staff remove form company or give them low salary hike than employees left job themself. So, that was job risk seen in this firm.
