Politics politics and politics no support from Tls or Category Heads for there own team,some TLs gives mental harrasment to their team and blames them for not achieving the targets for saving there jobs.

Operation is one of the very challenging job to coordinate with all others departments like Editorial, Finance, Advertisement, Production, Supply chain etc as well as market of distribution network.

All are good except salary part as per job profile.

I like working with my colleagues they are like family.

There is a lot of politicas and the management dosent address our issues. Salary is decent but career is slow. There is bond of 2 year's and 3 months before which I resigned.on the job training is not given to new joiners. That's why I resigned my job.

good work enviroment , Immediate Manager is always helpful in any condition official & personal ,Old Joining salary structure is less compare to other department - But his is learning school - You can take any work as per your capacity --

Salary is paid on time and company policy is also good

The company's policy is very good but employees face difficulty in getting its benefits because the process is very late on HR's side and complaining about it does not help, instead the employee has to pay a fine for it. Also, some people do as they please, due to which lower level employees face a lot of problems.
