Medical policy better then most of the companies. Free food available for all employees

Dislikes

No growth opportunities. No onsite Low salary compared to market standards. Typical indian managers and cheap cost reduction methods. Managers get benz to enjoy and employees struggle in terms of work life balance, salary, promotion etc

Dislikes

Project , managers are still in some blue color mind set, extreme politics and favouritism, lot of groupism, they don’t let to avail leaves, WFH, no promotions, job lobby, favouritism hiring. Poor in technology skills, pressurise to resign by themselves.

Changing teams internally vs changing company

Need Advice I am trying to switch company this year. It is my main goal But i found out recently there is a internal job opening for which if I apply i will get atleast 30% hike But again I am planning to leave the company. If i switch teams I might leave by October December and if I don't switch teams i aim to leave by July PS: i have 3 years experience currently, my current project there is high dependency on me (but won't be promoted in team as manager has informed me)
