Growth is very slow as compared to peer competitive. Also the Recognition culture is poor. And wide gap in between management and employees [in terms of inclusion and openess].

No growth opportunities. No onsite Low salary compared to market standards. Typical indian managers and cheap cost reduction methods. Managers get benz to enjoy and employees struggle in terms of work life balance, salary, promotion etc

Project , managers are still in some blue color mind set, extreme politics and favouritism, lot of groupism, they don’t let to avail leaves, WFH, no promotions, job lobby, favouritism hiring. Poor in technology skills, pressurise to resign by themselves.
