This place is not good for people who are beginner in their career. Since the learning platform as well as the work culture, work life balance and the compensation are very poor compared to market level.

Majority of teammates are very good & cooperative ,appraisal range is 2- 12%,company provides transport facility for all staffs.If you are more focusing in work life balance then DICV is best.
