They honor the pay day // good for Tamilians as they both would know how their task would get done each other // good learning station in one word - learn with earn with tolerance power

Pay out less and do more // preference given if you belong from southern India // missing co-operate culture its just for sake for word and always one will teach you protocol and when theirs turn will come you will find it missing // verbal word will not match with paper word

Work pressure, no job security, no standard practice. Senior staff will illtreat new join and management will not bother about it. Lots of internal practice. Attrition rate will be always high. Zero knowledge transfer.

Company is good only sitting back ppl were working but never happy only talking abt Company simply cheap gossips

There is no job security even experienced staff to be sent out immediately without giving proper opportunity and following appointment order and there is proper policy from appointment to relieving
