Not elaborating this out of any personal grudge but just want to save carrier of any person who is considering to join this company, do it only if you can deal with very hostile and toxic work environment, corporate offices require some level of diplomatic skills but this place is so much toxic that the major skill you require is chamchagiri, you would be thrashed and devalued everytime if you are not amongst the favourites of Lala (Director) of company and even the results produced by you will not be able to save you if you cant do chamchagiri, there are people who continously strive to disbalance and degrade the work place ethics just to maintain there reputation and Lala is least cared as he is just a art collector and is totally unaware of proper method of doing business and what is professional management, a hard core lala company, 7 people have already left in last 5 years from the position of Head of Department due to this, no will tell you to resign but due to this extreme toxic environment you will give up at some point of time, save yourself and your career!!!!!

Poor management Poor work culture Office politics Best to avoid. I was fortunate to be able to move out without much issues. Several employees' career was destroyed here.

No job security. They demoralise and demean their employes. Immense politics

They will squeeze every penny out of you. You will have to work at odd hours every day. They will humiliate you at every level. It's a hire and fire situation here. DAG makes your sign a contract and terminate by themselves only.
