There is nothing which I like about Da Milano. It has a worst work culture I am getting a salary to run my family that's the reason I am working here. And the salary comes on time. That's what is Like about Da Milano

...lano has a worst work culture. There is keep to transfer to new store every day. No Appraisal, no salary hike. Lot of politics in store. GURJEET KAUR a 12 passed lady who is cluster manager is a disaster for the brand. You will only get promoted in da Milano when you are a handsome boy or if you are Punjabi. It's impossible for you to survive in Da Milano if you love to work professionally

... ok cause it's retail but when it's a national holiday you must get a comp off.. Or double pay, when it's time for the company to give something forget that you get nothing. The only company I believe doesn't give a penny as gift in diwali 🤣😂
