Owners are ethical leaders who serve as role models and mentors for all employees. Company's vision perhaps the most important one, is to give people a reason to come back to work tomorrow.

Dislikes

The store opening momentum against the annual growth is little bit slow. In the current scenario company should open minimum 7-8 stores in a year so that each employee of the company has a chance to promote.
