Dislikes

Creates unnecessary work pressure. Don't believe in Market feed back,only try hard to implement what they think in their mind.You don't expect any Market related solutions from your seniors. Some seniors guys in management level behave very bad even they use slang & create pressure. HR is completely useless only listen to management.

Life at D-Link is really good, very stable organization. Management is supportive. Open environment wherein an individual can talk to top management. Excellent exposure for a variety of networking products to learn on. Flexible timings.
