Most of the people stays in this organisation just flattering their seniors . No matter how skillful you are...you are always judged by senior of you don't know how flatter him . Pure politics kind of work culture.

D.light India is a lala company thinly veiled as an MNC. 1. The entire company runs on the whims of the MD. No department can take even the smallest call without scrutiny from him. He even has to personally approve the seating chart of the office and whether the ac will remain on or off. 2. The HR department in this organisation exists to benefit the company, and not the employees. If you go to the Head HR with any grievance, she will badly attempt to gaslight you and then tell you its your fault. And then you will be given a negative rating. 3. The hygiene of the HO is also bad. There are cockroaches and bats in the office. 4. Gender ratio is poor. There are more than 200 employees, and less than 10 are female. 5. Your career will die in this company. There is absolutely no growth here. 6. WFH is considered holiday but we are given more work on those days. 7. Every other week, they required me to work weekends on an "emergency" event... which was planned months prior, but the work load was dumped on me on weekends on urgent basis last minute due to their poor planning. This happened for 9 months straight. 8. Marketing team is a joke. There is no decision on marketing that can be made internally. The other departments will tell marketing what to do and then it is done.

We didn't get pressure on something. We got the salary on time. We got appreciation on the tasks done well in time..It's great to work here , as organisation thinks about own people.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths.
