Salary is always on time and work life balance is rather better in comparison to other so called International Schools.

Promotion policy needs to be uniform and not be a privy to principal's whims and fancies.

In JEE and NEET work culture is different having weekly test and consolidated test. Which is not that much supportive for students to upgrade themselves. Even weekends also having full working no preparatory benefits for students and also for Teachers.

I liked the work ethics of the institution, together with collaboration and support of my colleagues together supreme guidance of respected principal sir and ARO sir. The working environment is encouraging and a person learns a lot during the working tenure . I am completely satisfied with working environment and upgrading myself day by day to make myself more skilled in my subject. Thanks and regards Brijesh Deo Pandey

Skill development, cooperative colleagues, learning platform for beginners.

Dislikes

Some students are uncultured and even harass off work. If you're unmarried/married without kids, you're made to work extra, expects you to answer workplace calls even during holidays.

This is one of the best school in Nakodar. I feel proud of being a part of this school as a PRT English teacher. Staff members and Principal sir all are cooperative.

Dislikes

Nothing is there that I don't like about school.
