I think the salary should be equal for genders. the promotion should be more as compared to the work level.

Company top management Good. Benefits are also somewhat better than other organizations. WFH, Top Management Support.

Dislikes

Bangalore Management and Head. BPO culture started and close supervision. Only a few Managers. Appraisal, Hikes and Priority for Local People Instated of Talent. The company provides Leaves but Managers are not allowed to take leaves. I lost almost 40 Leaves including Petarnaty leave. Management forces to work when family members are in hospital.
