Dislikes

A third class company. They have no values, too much money minded. They do not know that employees are assets for the company and not use and throw. Too much internal politics with knowledge and no logic technical manager. Achieved oscp via cheating, clearly lacks qualification and skills to lead. They disregard skilled employees. They don't understand a shit in important long term engagements with banks and its importance, requirements. I have seen immediate firing of employees, no job security. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I am leaving this company as a intern only.

Learning experience is top notch at CyRAACS. You get exposure to a lot of frameworks in less than 6 months.

Dislikes

Office politics, Nepotism, No career growth, No concern on employee health, work life balance is null. They have a shit policy that says 1 3 5 Saturdays are working but they will call you on all Saturdays saying we have hell work to complete.
