Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The MD Mr. Mahendra is very old and cant trust. he forgets everything and keep repeating it for your life time. one of the work companies in your life you should never work.

Dislikes

Everything, they will cut salary for 5 mins late entry and 5 mins early exit too. sometimes they will cut salaries upto 15% without any reason.

No Increments from Covid -1 to till date, if at all give also they give increment like ₹100 or ₹200 to operators, if you want yearly increments then this is not place for you, otherwise except increments everything is fine... (only will not get increments)
