Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Cyient Policies are good

Dislikes

Compensation was low and growth also slow. But work pressure was very high. Sometimes, need to work 12 hours straight in a day to deliver product on time. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. More Politics.

Ontime salary, Customer focused.

Dislikes

Works on in house developed softwares. Poor middle management behaves like सड़क छाप l Even they don't want to follow company's written policies. HR is dependent on Destiney not on Doucumented policies. Best way to grow in Cyient is Buttering of Manager.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.

As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Health insurance is good, it has option to add parents and inlaws as dependent for medical coverage by paying additional premium, which is good in my opinion.
