There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is very less but career growth is slow.

Good customer base long term relation with customers systems and processes

Off late too.many politics specially HR who are encouraging some emoyees to complain on certain employees whom they don't like. Change in leadership.clearly visible on the culture and not fixing major issues like sourcing ,scm and cash flow issues leading to customer escalations.

😌🌧️ i really sorry for can no response to hr then my supervisors beacuse my health issues then my personal will be there levels. Then what happening i tried to 1year to 8months beacuse no support to me so much iuuse then no response. Then face to say whatever 😅 I understand but then employee what to no listing. Heavy work so much handle.
