Infrastructure is really good. School atmosphere is conducive to teaching learning. The school management is really understanding and highly supportive. There are ample opportunities for personal and professional development. Teachers are well paid and are awarded with cash prize for board results with highest subject average across different subjects. Lunch is provided in the school and is really well prepared.

Even in the days of financial crisis , cygnus supports us 100%. It's giving an opportunity to upgrade our skill by using online apps. It's been a wonderful experience working in CWS.

Nothing I dislike about the school but I look forward if school can provide net facilities to all the teachers working there.

The company policies they made are good but only for clever people.

Dislikes

The management doesn't believe in the sincerity,honesty dedication in work of employee rather they prefer mischevious,polishing people who can window dress their work rather than sincerely doing the work. No job security in work. First they call the people for job with opportunities & when they have their interest left remove that experience people also.
