...sues so far as they r cool with it provided u have genuine reason for the leave. Moreover, I was least expecting any Diwali bonus and gift as I had not completed my 6 months but still I got it and to my surprise, I got more than what I expected. I m grateful to the company for that. The only thing I feel is that we should get off on Saturday as well as we need atleast 2 days to complete our pending work and for work- life balance as a happy employee is a productive employee Overall, I m very happy and thankful.

...this organization. Emails were ignored or not responded after several reminders. Specially the senior person was unhelpful hold the salary without any reason and ask to serve the notice period if you are not doing this HR will blackmail to ruin your career. Never join this type of Organization.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It was a good Company they take care of employees and try to solve their concern problems and always provide best experience for guests

The only thing was the late salary issue most of times they pay salary after 20

It is one of the text savy company with lot of vission and growth and more over all the employees are treated well with given power for decission making and clear vission and mission . Transperancy and open communication is maintained by all . Encourage in innovation and new ideas and work culture.

As an employee working for such long years expect promotion and recognition form the company and also insentive for sales should be designed and also employees benefit should be encouraged.
