Internal Politics Less salary Performance is calculated solely based on overtime you work [ also those employees don't get appraisal, only mention in some meeting. may get a kitkat or something like it ] Employees leaving before 3 year treated as criminals. Saw a lot of trainees fired without even a certificate [ after 4/5 month of free work done for company, don't know why keeping the trainees that long just to fire, some were good developers] 1 minute late = half day cut

low salary(15k for first one year, no allowances or pension schemes.),low increment rate(5k+ after each year),it will take 3.5 years to get 40k per month. 6 working days in a week, except second and fourth Saturdays.

There is some Office Politics and Employee Discrimination , more over when you pass the interview and join as an Odoo-Python Developer Trainee without any Stipend or Allowance , there is no guarantee for you they will hire you as an Permanent Employee. I know some of the good skilled Trainees are fired without any training certificate & Experience certificate , luckly I'm also in that list. putting so much pressure on the trainees and spending & working the time for 6 months long and they simply say " you're not Eligible For our Position". i don't know what their really up to.,

The welcoming approach along with, the support form all the staff and the management are quite pleasing. In addition, the ability to work form home is one of the key benefits that Cybrosys puts forwards.

Dislikes

The remuneration rage and scale is quite low as compared to other firms having similar setup.

Really best place to start a career. Work environment is just too great and awesome. Management is very friendly and colleagues are superb. Company offers a lot opportunities for personal development and career growth. #life_at_cybro_is_just_wordless
