I joined as a fresher. As per my experience work environment is very good. Get salary on time. Great opportunities to learn new technologies. Also my team manager, team leads and project manager and others teammates are very friendly and supportive.

As a freshers did not get any paid leave in probation period.

So many reasons like poor coding standared,every weekend work, variable hike not any CTC increase these things . No work from home even if someone is ill then he jave to take leave or come to office which is very bad.

I had extremely disappointing experience with this organization. The management(Specially Team leader and Project Manager) is very unprofessional, the entire team suffers from severe micromanagement. Employees are constantly monitored and criticized for the smallest details which creates the atmosphere of stress and distrust. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly not priority here you should be able to find cockroaches in your table. Disrespectful communication and unprofessional conduct seems to be the norm here. This is not a workplace that values or respects its employees(here they call and treat "Employees" as "Resources" literally). Shame on Team leader, Shame on Project manager, Shame on management.

...r more than 6.5 years. Team leads Malay da & Dip Da are helpful and supportive. On time or before time salary Decent & good hikes and quarterly incentives are good. Free health insurance for family. Quarter meeting parties are fun. No micromanagement. No questions are asked on leave policy. Oiling buttering doesn't work here, mgt. only cares about performance.

Management is too strict in disciplines. Hike & incentives can be better. Lately, TA bills are pending for a long time, need to be improved asap.

Project manager Sourav sarkar and team leader Palas Maithy behavior is very bad for the employees those salary is high. Two emplyees whose salary is almost equal to team lead and project manager ,they are created a plan for terminition. All team leader of this company behavior is very bad, they are not support to other employees. And among them created a group and taken bad decision for employee. But not dout company CEO is very good. This company is good only for freser becouse there salary is low. Workin time is more than 10 hours. No job security
