Explore new things as my work is with the government clients for various government related projects. Definitely you will grow here if you are a fresher or if you have 1-2 years experience.

TA you will not get timely if you are working and staying outside. As per company policy TA you should get within 45 days but unfortunately or fortunately I don’t know for what reason you will get over 100 days or even 120 days. From my opinion, company has to look the employees who is currently working outside for various projects. Outside contractual and even corr employees are not happy working outside locations for various projects.

I am little bit worry about salary structure its all unit basis, if you working for 26days then you get 15000 salary.

I joined as a fresher. As per my experience work environment is very good. Get salary on time. Great opportunities to learn new technologies. Also my team manager, team leads and project manager and others teammates are very friendly and supportive.

As a freshers did not get any paid leave in probation period.
