The colleagues were helpful and made me feel like I am in a good company. Just after 2-3 year span of my job, I realized there is no growth and got into saturation whether you consider salary or skills. All the work, you just have to do on your own, no significant process, no growth opportunity, no skillset improvement, nothing. Just a regular salary job. Also, freshers are exploited there, they have to sign 2-3 years of bond, some people have been sued by the company for breaking the bond. They hire you and tie you to their company like you are not an employee instead their pet. Not recommended to any one.

Nothing positive here... They will ruin your career even after 7 - 10 dedicated years of hard working for them

...cts. There is no dedicated QA team who is responsible to test developers work .. they will be only assigned if their client is agreed to pay for QA otherwise only developer will play a role of QA. This company CEOs always focus on Quantity of developers to increase and show off in market that they have large no of devlopers team ... instead they should focus on Quality of work. The worst face of this companys poor management shown in March 2020 Pandemic time when they suddenly fired more than 200 people who had just started their career in last 6-1 year time.Approx 200 people were moved on Leave without pay it means they were forced to give their resignation because company was not able to afford their salaries.... They deducted salaries of people and promised to pay but NEVER completed their promise. If you are going to join this company then forget about your career because even after 10 years of hard work you won't get any growth or a good designation because they have a legacy based non working hierarchy of people who play politics all times with hard working developers careers. So they can fire you any time THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY IN THIS COMPANY... I REPEAT NO JOB SECURITY. My so many hard working friends had taken their home loan only on belief of this companys brand but they have lost the faith and their brand in the market.

There is nothing good in this company, except the colleagues.

Dislikes

...t mistake of my life, regretting so much now. They put full stop on your growth. They make their employees to work on 5-6 projects simultaneously and pay less than the one who sweeps. Developer have to do everything here, from project understanding to estimation, client handling to designing, then lastly code and then test, for everything developer will be responsible. They are not trustworthy, they change their policies anytime. Please consult with any developer here in the CIS before joining, they will let you know the reality, it will help you a lot in saving your career.

There is no Job security at all .you are only a play toy for company ,they can fire you anytime when they want , there are no any ethics in company ,any organisation have some policies to run but here is no policy , and rules are always changes time to times in favour of company only , very bad culture here , to get the work the company gives the estimation very less and then pressure the employee to complete work by doing extra shift time , no good managenet of things here , any time ,anything can be happen with anybody , sometimes it looks that there is system to run the company.

there are very bad things here but most bad is that , a employees work hard to survive self and his family but at the time of giving salary in the end of month you will realise that the company have very cheap thinking , this is because they give the salary till 10th of next month i.e 10 days late , we can say that they donot want to give salary with full feeling internally even the employee work hard and spent more time to do double work than his small salary.

flexible working hours they are quite frank about this. you can come any time like 12 or 1pm no one is going to say anything if you perform good at your daily tasks. Best for freshers it has the learning curve to learn new thing plus forigin clients intercation makes your communication bold.

salary incement is based on age or seniority within the companey, rather than indivisual skills. Maney team lead had remained in the same role for 10 to 15 years without updateing their knoledge or qualifications relevent to the feild. The owner takes advantage and forces emploees to engage to his personal work by delaying the client's project.
